Where can I buy RubyVine Products?
RubyVine products are sold at leading retailers, spas and stores throughout North America. If you would like to find a store near you please use our store locator. Keep in mind that not every store stocks every RubyVine product ; according , we recommend that you call ahead to make sure they have the item you are looking for.
Does RubyVine test on animals?
We do not believe in animal testing. All products have been formulated using ingredients that are know to be safe, effective and reliable — that were developed free for the need for laboratory testing on live animals.
Does RubyVine use natural ingredients?
RubyVine prides themselves on using the best quality natural plant based ingredients over the chemical alternative that harness nature’s ability to nourish the skin. This allows RubyVine to supply products that are not only environmentally friendly and effective , but also a luxury to use.
RubyVine formulas are paraben free, sulfate -free, glycol-free, vegan, cruelty free, phthalate free, synthetic fragrance free, gluten free. A quality crafted product containing a balance between gentle / natural and performance/ stability for healthy skin.
RubyVine is a 99% all natural product. The 1% unnatural ingredients is located in the body wash and hand soap – PEG 150 Distearate . All natural body washes and hand soaps do not foam , to create a foaming body liquid peg 150 needs to be applied. Because there is such a small presence of the ingredient in the product – There is absolutely no risk in using your cleaner on broken skin. As the formula is applied and then rinsed off , contact with the skin is extremely limited.

Is my credit information secure online?
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within in 1-3 business days too process after it is placed (not including weekends). Occasionally, due to high order volume or backorders, this is not always possible.

What is my tracking number?
Go to “My Account” and click on “Order History”; once an order has shipped, its status will change from Processing to Complete – you can click on TRACK SHIPMENT to retrieve your tracking number or link directly to the UPS site to track the status of the order. You will also receive your UPS tracking number via email the day following business day after the order was shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number, please check your junk mail folder and email/call customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 707.294.9478 from 9AM – 4:30PM PST.

Can I change my shipping address?
You can change the shipping address associated with your account at anytime by selecting “My Account” and then “Manage Addresses” from the menu at the left. If you have already placed an order and wish to change the ship-to address for the order, please contact us at email@example.com or 707.294.9478 M-F 9 am – 4.30pm PST, and we will make effort to update your address prior to the order shipping.
Does RubyVine gift wrap?

International shipping is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for ANY reason, feel free to return the product for an exchange or a refund of the credit card used for the purchase . Return and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees on exchanges. Once we have received the return product , please allow 10-14 business days to process the transaction. For items purchased from a retail venue other that rubyvinenv.com, please contact the store-of-purchase for their return policy.
To make a return – Please contact our customer service department at 707 294 9784 . Our team is available Monday through Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm PST . Or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org You will receive a return authorization number (RA) by a customer service specialist. Please write the RA number on the packing slip.
Package the product along with the original packaging slip , RA# and a statement of your preference for credit or exchange. When sending your returns, ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, Fedex, USPS Parcel Post) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. RubyVine cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us. Return label should read:

When will the credit appear on my card?
If you are returning products, a refund will be applied to your card within 5 business days of receipt of the returned goods – however, it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
